Within our system, when you deposit to your account, your bonus is immediately applied to the "unqualified bonus" balance. Once you have used 95% of your cash balance, or wagered the minimum amount of 20 times your bonus money is made available to you.

Free Money Rules
 
Sometimes Low Limits Casino will have promotions going on which players will receive a bonus with no previous deposits required. (e.g. Free Money). Please note that in order to qualify for these promotions you must be an Active Player and have made at least 1 time deposit of $25 within 7 days of the Promotion.
 
A $25 Cash Deposit needs to be made before any winnings won with introductory bonus dollars can be withdrawn. Winnings from introductory bonus bucks are limited to $50 and normal withdrawal rules apply. Below you will find the rules that players must follow when it comes to the free promotions.
 
   1. The bonus money cannot be withdrawn by itself; it can only be played.

   2. The maximum redemption amount that players can obtain due to winnings made from existing and previous free money promotions is $50.00 USD. Any person who tries to go above this limit will have the funds removed from his/her account.

   3. The entire bonus amount must be played before requesting a withdrawal.

   4. This promotion is void to players from Denmark.

   5. Low Limits Casino is aware that some free bonus links may be posted in other sites or through out forums or the information that the potential player received has been sent to others who didn't receive it. If Low Limits Casino has enough grounds to prove that a player did NOT receive that particular promotion through the exclusive means that this promotion was sent out to, we will not honor any payout requests from the player, even if he/she has met wagering criteria.

   6. All promotional bonuses are issued as pre qualified bucks, and so to avoid bonus abuse, players must wager the same predetermined minimum amount as normal unqualified bonus dollars or lose them when cashing out. All promotional bonus dollars are void if not claimed within 30 days of being issued.

By registering and wagering with the casino you indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the following rules. "The casino" in the following text refers to Low Limits Casino.
   1. All persons using the casino must be of at least 18 years of age and not from an unsupported country (click here for list). Online gambling is ONLY permitted for adults
   2. Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of the player to ensure that they understand and fully comply with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own country. Visa and MasterCard specify that cardholders may not use their credit cards for illegal purposes.
   3. Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. The casino will not report any wagering information on behalf of any member, regardless of circumstance.
   4. All casino members are allowed to have one account. Any winnings in duplicate accounts shall be void. The information on your casino account must match the information provided for deposits to the associated account. In the event that the information does not match, all winnings in that account shall be void.
   5. Members are responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Members should not allow any person, other than them, to use their account, access and/or use any materials or information from the casino, accept any prize or participate in the game. Should a member give away, share, or lose his account number and/or password, the casino will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
   6. The casino management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Furthermore, management will monitor all wagers and account transactions. All wagers are final once accepted. In the event of a game malfunction, or use of the website in a way not intended by the design, all related wagers are considered null and void, and account will be returned to its beginning balance (the account balance prior to current wagering activity).
   7. All wagers must be placed using the graphic user interface (GUI) provided by this casino on its website. Additionally, only one game session at a time is allowed per account. Any non-compliance with these rules, including the use of any electronic gambling aides, is strictly forbidden. In the event that non-compliance is determined, management reserves the right to void all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, and/or take any other appropriate action.
   8. Returns/Refund Policy. Users always have access to their funds. At anytime they can request a "payout" for the bank balance they have in their account. This can be done from the player’s area (post account login). Bonus funds are not subject to this rule. Minimum "payout" requirement is $50. If a user cancels the account, all cash funds (except for bonus money) will be returned. User cannot request a "payout" for compensation/bonus funds. Only winnings or deposited funds can be returned to players.
   9. Management reserves the right to refuse or close any account at their sole discretion.
