Prior to the development or implementation of each campaign, ABC Bingo/Casino will be presented with a proposal outlining all relevant details in the form of an insertion or purchase order. This will feature objectives, advertising specifics, site details, duration, costs and payment requirements. ABC Bingo/Casino will be required to sign off and approve before any action is undertaken.
 
It is usual in this industry for all media buys to be paid for in advance, at least until a track record is established with regular vendor sites.
 
CAMPAIGN TRACKING AND STATS
 
The vast majority of sites we purchase advertising from serve all banners, buttons, etc, from their own servers. Reliability is seldom an issue.
 
However, we often employ the services of other third party tracking software such as WebTrends to verify all impressions, click throughs, uniques and other relevant stats.
 
ABC Bingo/Casino will have access to all stats and data from both advertising sites and third party tracker for all approved campaigns. In this way, there should be no dispute over traffic paid for and delivered.
 
CAMPAIGN EVALUATION AND REPORTING
 
Monthly reports detailing results of all media campaigns and a breakdown of all costs involved will be provided to ABC Bingo/Casino.
 
Reports detailing all click throughs, downloads, registrations, deposits and other relevant stats per campaign will be provided to ABC Bingo/Casino if we are given access to casino backend data.
 
 
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
 
All funds to be transferred to our Saturn account prior to implementation of any approved media buy.
 
In the case of management fees, development fees, or other project costs, these amounts will be billed on a monthly basis as agreed with ABC Bingo/Casino in advance.

Commission and Brokerage Fees
 
We secure income for this option in the form of agency commissions and / or mark-ups on all advertising placed or brokered. This commission averages 15% per transaction. It is important to note that all such commissions are earned as a discount of the invoiced advertising amount, and as such, do not come out of the pocket of ABC Bingo/Casino, but are paid from the revenue charged by the site on which the advertising is placed. Media broking deals usually average 20% in commission fees, so at 15% we believe our commission rates to be extremely competitive.
 

Option 3 Promotional Services Only Package. Monthly Fee $10,000
 
This option applies where there is on-going management and admin required for casino promotions and management only, and which do not attract agency commissions or brokerage fees.

HOW TO PROCEED
 
Should you be interested in acquiring our services, we suggest that we schedule discussions as soon as possible to agree the following:

AGREEMENT
 
We prefer to operate with a twelve-month contract. This serves to outline the various parties’ obligations and duties, and gives us a degree of continuity in which to achieve our agreed goals and objectives. This contract may be terminated for any reason, by either party, with 30 days notice, and by payment of agreed fees, if any, for the 30-day notice period.
